On December 6th they decided to convict a certain dealer, started the observation at 13:00 o'clock and arrrested the man at 17:00 o'clock, after documenting several transactions. They captured a 19year-old Libanese who lived in Oberschöneweide. Two of his clients, a 40year-old man and a 35year-old woman, were arrested, as well.<br />Who had ever expected that Johannisthal might become a kind of local centre for drug selling ? I didn't even know that the demand would be high enough around here... In a certain way it is even more convincing than the biggest on in Treptow because it is clearer and simpler. It's really worth to go here, you can find a lot of very interesting details. One of them is a place of special remembrance and honour for the Soviet soldiers who died in German POW-camps. Whenever there is something to see, a crowd gathers instantly, especially when it's for free. During the last days all Berlin newspapers announced that the newly renovated "Emporer Friedrich Museum" (now Bode Museum) will be opened for 3 days this weekend. The speciality: No exhibition will be presented, just the plain, empty rooms. Thousands of Berliners took the chance, and it definitly was worth it, fighting its way through the overcrowded empty halls and cabinets of the museum. If I was in charge, I'd give direct order to keep the main rooms empty. It feels so open and free and wide!
