Statues I Spotted During My Trip to Shanghai and Suzhou

During my trip to Shanghai and Suzhou in China, I managed to snap photos of a good variety of statues in front of shops and shopping malls.

Most of these statues come in pairs.

What strucked me most about these statues, was that they all looked fierce and violent (except for the elephant)! Haha!

Here are the photos which I have compiled all into this photo collage.

It was there for ± 40 years (in 1976 the statue factory at Venlo [NL] was closed by the owner, he died some years ago and his wife sold off the remaing stuff in december 2007).
Last week I was there, the buildings were demolished!
