Holland - Nauerna - North Sea Channel
You will find industry and small harbours and bigger ones in many places alongside the North Sea Channel, and large cranes too to handle the goods.

I do not want you to get the impression that my country only consists of nicely painted green wooden houses, meadows filled with sweet, friendly cows and ditto sheep; nice and clean ditches with sweet duckies and swans etc.etc. The dutch do use their bikes a lot (wearing normal shoes, not wooden shoes), but there is hardly a household without a car, very often two. So there is a lot of traffic, there is air pollution, and of course we have to earn a living. A lot of factories and office buildings look nice, but we have some awful buildings too. Although I am bit proud to say that for each new building in Holland the authorities do have a look too if it will fit in with the environment. But sometimes they make the wrong choice, as we all do from time to time.
