A giant mobile in the sky created by artist Roger Fencil of Hemet, California, flutters and waves a 20-row mobile of 275-foot-long discarded vinyl tapes, three hundred feet up. Due to height restrictions (500 feet) of nearby Hemet-Ryan airport, he held the dimensions and height well below what he imagines to fly one day, with larger kites and longer strips.
