MACON - Jack Cossens, 86, died Thursday at Bolingreen Nursing Care Facility. Memorial services will be held at 2P.M., Tuesday at Snow's Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street with the Rev. Joe McDaniel officiating. The family will meet friends following the service and asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Bolingreen Nursing Home, 529 Bolingreen Drive, Macon, GA 31210. -Mr. Cossens, son of the late Victor Vincent Cossens and Edith Venning Cossens, was born in Hounslow-Middlesex, England and served as a Sergeant with the English Army. He was an accountant with Otto Prager Limited and was a Mason. Moving to Macon twenty-three years ago, Mr. Cossens was a member of Mabel White Memorial Baptist Church. -Survivors include his wife of sixty years, Audrey Suzanne Robey Cossens of Macon; his son, Christopher John Cossens of Abaco, Bahamas; and two grandchildren, John James Cossens of Sea Island and Amanda Nichole Cossens of Gordon. -Visit www.mem.com to express tributes. -Snow's Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street has charge of arrangements.
