...désormais seule entreprise familiale indépendante et de surcroit alsacienne, les grands groupes Scotish Newcastle, puis Carlsberg et Heineken, et Heineken séparément ayant méticuleusement déstructuré et phagocité les fleurons alsaciens de la bière ( avec la complicité du groupe BSN en son temps et des propriétaires et actionnaires des autres brasseries locales)

...le marketing sympathique et implacable de brasserie de Tahiti est dû au soutient technique de Heineken qui vient de.....fermer Fischer (pourtant non déficitaire, pour moi un important symbole idenditaire de la région )

.fallait il ou non que je pousse ou non ma petite pointe d' humeur, toujours est il que je serai déçu si tu ne me réponds pas Bruno .....

LONDON (Reuters) - Carlsberg and Heineken agreed to throw(launch) a common TAKEOVER BID of 800 pennies by action(share) on Scottish and Newcastle ( S*N) which will end in an explosion of the British brewer of beers Of Foster and Kronenbourg.

The Danish brewer and his Dutch counterpart clarify that the offer(supply) is recommended by S*N and that it values this last, first brewer of Great Britain and the sixth world brewer, in 7,8 billion books(pounds) (10,4 billion euro).

The operation will require the authorization of the European Commission and the other authorities of the competition, after which it should be buckled(curled) in the second quarter, let know Carlsberg and Heineken.

S*N and Carlsberg agreed to make public information relative to their Russian joint venture to 50-50 Baltic Beverages Holding ( BBH) over a period which will extend from 2008 till 2010, an important point which, in the absence of any agreement previously, had for a long time prevented the affair(business) from being made.

Carlsberg will resume(take back) the participation of 50 % of S*N in BBH, as well as the interests of S*N in France, in Greece, in China and in Viêtnam.

Heineken will resume(take back) the British activities of S*N, as well as those situated in Belgium, in Portugal, in Ireland, in the United States and in India.

" In a single stage, we created the brewer who knows the growth the most supported to the world. We have at the moment the total control of our fate in Russia and in the other territories of BBH ", declares in a communiqué the general manager of Carlsberg Jorgen Buhl Rasmussen.

No final dividend 2007 for S*N will be paid(poured).

The action(share) Carlsberg gains(wins) 3,76 % in stock exchange of Copenhagen, whereas Heineken progresses of 3,00 % in Amsterdam and whereas S*N progresses of 2,09 % in 782 pennies in London.
