Thought this should be the starting point of the Spain series.

These are obviously two layered photos but the photo in the rear wasn't in proper focus-- something I realized after the trip. This oxtail in Granada stood out amongst the competition because of a heavier use of wine in the braising liquid that definitely added rather than overpowered.
